Women undergoing fertility treatment or in vitro fertilization (IVF), can benefit from yoga, as practicing it regularly enables maximum blood flow to the uterus, creating a healthy and nourishing environment for the embryo.Yoga is a calm and relaxed form of exercising, that works on spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. This is what fertility is dependent upon. According to a study conducted by Professor Mark Bowman, Medical Director of Holistic Fertility Clinic – Genea, 40 percent cases which undergo diagnosis for IVF meet the criteria of stress and depression during the very first consultation itself.
