Chocolate Martini Recipes

Chocolate martinis can be served anytime; before, during and even after dinner. There have been many variations in martini recipes, but one thing that remains common is the sole use of vodka and absence of gin. Initially, martini was a cocktail of aromatic bitters and Old Tom Gin, which had a sweet and strong juniper flavor. Later, the Old Tom Gin was replaced with London Dry and the aromatic bitters with orange bitters. The rich taste of chocolate martini in a chilled martini glass gives the ultimate sipping pleasure.
